I'm currently working on 2 openings at one of my favorite investment banking companies where this is a must.

Must haves: WPF (EXPERT LEVEL) / C# !

Resource must be an EXPERT in Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) programming. Any candidate who is expert at this will also be quite good at C#.

1) Expertise at WPF programming, especially in a real-time environment.

2) Good sense of UI design.

3) Multi-threading in C#, especially in dealing with real-time financial data.

4) Windows Communications Foundation (WCF) highly desired.

5) C# 3.0. Experience with LINQ is highly desired.

6) Financial knowledge is not required.

7) Ability to mentor junior programmers.
