Job Description:

 

-help define requirements for this tool from internal clients (NP&E, arcfhitecture)

-understand and implement backend search and optimization algorithms

-design and develop system programs for both frontend and backend

-analyze traffic demand and design traffic matrix convertion function

-design and implement other modules including data import, data check, results presentation and visualization
