Position: SAP ESS/MSS (HCM-HR) Consultant

 

Duration: 8 Months

 

Location: Minneapolis, MN

 

Rate: Open

 

 

Description: Business process improvement identification with recommended system improvement areas to support Human Resource initiatives.

 Requirement Description:

- Resource should have a minimum of 8+ years of experience within the Human Capital Module (HCM) of SAP including sub-modules.

- Resource should have experience as project management/team lead/functional consultant for ESS/MSS projects.

- A minimum experience of 8+ years with SAP HCM - Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service module is required.

- Consultant should have experience with CATS, payroll, benefits, personnel development, PA Configuration, ability to set-up workflows and time management along with SAP Reports.

- Resource should have at least 1-2 years of experience with Adobe Interactive Forms functionality.

- Additional experience with ABAP Development and Java Development would be beneficial

 

Required Skills:  

- Minimum of 8+ years of experience within the Human Capital Module (HCM) of SAP including sub-modules.
